1. Laser Data Gauging System
- a. Non-contact type measurement of the run-out of forged crankshaft.
- b. Data storage & display of measured parameter of crank shaft.
- c. Creation of tabular reports & graph analysis for further processing.
2. Post Process Gauging System
- Ppgs measures the various parameter of the component which are machined by 2 different cnc machines and based on the measurement gives feedback to the respective cnc machine for the correction.
- It is a fully automatic machine; component transportation, measurement, feedback to cnc machine and based on the measurement ok, not ok segregation of components is done automatically without interference of human.
